Amul Goswamy

Former Master's Student in the Math, Science, Technology, & Engineering Education program

Amul Goswamy was a software engineer/graduate fellow at the Center for Engineering Educational Outreach from 2008 to 2009. After receiving his M.S. degree in Computer Science in 2000 from the New York Institute of Technology, he moved west to Silicon Valley. Amul worked as a software engineer at Apple Inc. developing user interface tools and high-volume web applications. Since receiving his M.S. degree in Engineering Education he works in the sustainable energy field in California.

CEEO Responsibilities

At the CEEO, Amul developed an online community for Lego Engineering.com. His work enabled teachers and instructors using LEGO blocks and robotics in the classroom to share their ideas and get help from other members. He was also one of the leads on a research project funded through the National Science Foundation's Creative IT Program. The project explores creativity and computer science/information technology.
