Tufts Email
Your email address will be firstname.lastname@tufts.edu. You need to set this up through Tufts Technology Services (TTS). Through this same link, you can also obtain network access for your phone and personal computer.

Tufts ID
Once you obtain an email address, you may get a Tufts ID card at Dowling Hall (419 Boston Ave, Medford). You'll need to go to the Public Safety office on the ground floor of the parking garage. They will take your photograph and print your ID. Your Tufts ID will allow you access to the gym, pool, and other athletic facilities. You can also use the libraries and their resources.

Your Tufts ID also serves as a debit card to be used on campus for a variety of services including dining services. You simply go to http://www.jumbocash.net/and use a credit card to deposit "cash" to your ID. You can then use your ID to purchase items at places like Dining Services, the Bookstore, and the Copy Center. There are also some off-campus businesses that accept Jumbo Cash. See the Jumbo Cash website for the complete list.

Parking is free at 200 Boston Avenue. The other parking lots at Tufts require a parking permit. These permits can be rather expensive. Street parking is free and is available on Boston and College Avenues. There is a parking garage at 419 Boston Ave, just a short walk from the CEEO. Parking in the garage is $8 for the day.

There is a Citizens Bank ATM located in Dowling Hall and a Bank of America ATM located in Campus Center.

Visiting Scholars often informally audit classes at Tufts. Review a list of courses being offered. Many professors, especially professors associated with the CEEO, will allow Visiting Scholars to sit in on their classes. To make arrangements, please contact the professor directly. No credit is given for informally auditing a class and no fees are charged.

Dining Services:
Tufts Dining Services operate a number of cafeterias and restaurants on the Tufts campus. Dining Services accept cash and Jumbo Cash (from your Tufts ID). They do not accept credit cards.
