Kat Allen

Biography

Kat’s research interests include multi-party human-robot interactions for complex physical tasks, human-robot cooperation and teaming, adaptive robotics, and robotics for space systems. She is working jointly under Assistant Professor Elaine Short and John R. Beaver Professor of Mechanical Engineering Chris Rogers building an inclusive virtual community and makerspace/hackathon for adaptive technologies/robotics, as well as on haptic human-robot communication and collaboration.
