Biography

Kat’s research interests include multi-party human-robot interactions for complex physical tasks, human-robot cooperation and teaming, adaptive robotics, and robotics for space systems. She is working jointly under Computer Science Assistant Professor Elaine Short and John R. Beaver Professor of Mechanical Engineering Chris Rogers, building novel robot control systems for HRI, improving access to makerspaces and other creative collaborative tasks.
